Southern Cesspit Surveyors was set up in 2005. We operate throughout the South of England. Our main bases are in Kent and Dorset. The survey team are all from a civil engineering background and have been involved with all forms of Septic tank, Cesspits and Sewage Treatment systems for over 35 years.
We Take a Great Amount of Pride in What We Do
Our aim is to provide a high-quality Surveys that are easy to read with a clear explanation for our clients. Each report will be sent in an email package which will aid quick transfer to other parties, we know when buying or selling a property how important a rapid survey and report is necessary.

With over 35 years’ experience of working with cesspits and septic tanks, surveys will be provided in a comprehensive but easy to understand format. Many cesspits and septic tanks are old. However, this does not mean they are not compliant. We will offer a factual professional report on the system we are surveying.
